For the development of Christian leaders. "Now on that same day two of
them were going to a village called Emmaus... When He was at the table with them, He took
bread, blessed and broke it, and gave it to them. Then their eyes were opened, and they
recognized Him..." (Luke 24: 13-35) Texoma Emmaus Community has members from many states, however, the majority of the members are from communities in the north central Texas and southern Oklahoma areas. Texoma Emmaus held their first Walk in October 1995. There will be four walks conducted each year, two women's and two men's Walks. All Walks are held at the Baptist Youth Camp, located 5.2 miles north of Fink, Texas.
